Electrolux products are sold in Singapore through our network of carefully selected authorized retailers. Our policy is to uphold product warranties, and to perform services on products purchased from authorized Electrolux retailers operating in Singapore only, and which are supported by a completed warranty card and proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, Electrolux products are sometimes advertised and sold by some websites and retailers who claim to be authorized but are not. When you purchase products from an unauthorized website or retailers, you are taking a risk, because these products may be counterfeit, used, defective, or may not be designed for use in Singapore.
Due to the nature of goods sold by unauthorized retailers, products sold by unauthorized retailers are not entitled to Electrolux warranty coverage. In addition, and subject to prevailing law, Electrolux shall have no liability for Electrolux products purchased from unauthorized retailers.
Please protect yourself and your Electrolux products by ensuring that you only purchase Electrolux products from an authorized Electrolux retailer in Singapore. To determine if a retailer is authorized to sell Electrolux products, click here.
